VerifyRelay started from a simple observation: every SMS API sells you exactly one route to the carrier network and calls the result “best effort”. When that route degrades, your users' login codes vanish — and so do your signups.
So we built the layer that should have existed: a router that sits above the providers, watches real delivery receipts, and moves each message to the route that's actually working. Plus the compliance work (10DLC) nobody wants to do, and an escalation ladder for the messages that absolutely must arrive.
We are not a carrier and we don't pretend to be one. We're routing, analytics, and compliance tooling on top of established providers — and we say so on every page.
