Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VerifyRelay. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

VerifyRelay provides the software described on our features page, "as is", with the plans and limits on the pricing page. We may update features; material downgrades to paid plans come with notice.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials (including API keys) confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about unauthorized use: don+smsfailover@lifeofmorr.com.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful activity, no abuse of the service, no attempts to breach other customers' data.
• No reselling access except through programs we explicitly offer.
• You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use (for messaging products: consent and opt-out rules; for archiving products: your own recordkeeping obligations — see the disclaimer on every page).

4. Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Overage and metered charges, where applicable, are billed in arrears. Cancel anytime; service continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of charge.

Delivery SLA (Scale tier)

We target a 99.5% delivery rate measured from provider delivery webhooks on your traffic per calendar month. "Delivered" means the upstream provider confirms delivery to the handset. If the monthly rate falls below 99.5%, you receive a service credit of 10% of that month's fee per full percentage point below target, capped at 50%. Credits apply to future invoices only. Excludes: invalid numbers, customer-caused blocks, carrier outages affecting all providers simultaneously, and force majeure.

5. Availability

We target high availability but don't promise uninterrupted service. Credits, where a plan includes an SLA, are described on the pricing page and apply to future invoices only.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifyRelay's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either side may terminate with notice. We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or legal requirements. On termination you can export your data for 30 days.

8. Changes

We'll post changes here with an updated date. Material changes get at least 14 days' notice by email.
